Rev Fr. Kenneth Onyekwere

Rev Fr. Kenneth Onyekwere is currently the Head of Pastorals; he takes care of the welfare and moral upbringing of our students.

Fr Onyekwere has a BA (Philosophy) from the Dominican Institute of Philosophy, an Affiliate of the University of Ibadan; he also holds a BA (Religion) from the Spiritan International School of Theology, in Affiliation with the University of Nigeria, Nsukka; in addition he has an MA (Pastoral Theology), from the University of Pittsburgh, USA.

He belongs to the priestly order of the Somascan Fathers Congregation, enjoys serving and has acquired a lot of leadership skills. Fr Onyekwere has served in various capacities in his priesthood and pastoral career, including teaching and mentoring teenagers in secondary schools; he has also been a Formator/Rector to the seminarians studying philosophy and theology, and has gathered much experience in guidance/counselling over time.

He is a down-to-earth and amiable priest who loves singing, preaching God’s word, and reading; when he is not under priestly duties, you would love to have a taste of his dishes!
